How long does delivery take?
We ship orders twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays from our office in Brunswick, Melbourne. Shipping within Australia typically takes three to six business days, or one to two weeks for international orders, depending on your location. If you have any questions about your order, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do. Make sure your shipping address is correct!
What is the reason for the high cost of international shipping?
Unfortunately, international shipping — even via the most basic post — is expensive. We are always looking for shops and stockists overseas to save readers the shipping & handling, so if you have any suggestions of local places that would be a good fit, let us know. You can check out our list of stockists for the nearest retailer.
Will I need to pay import duties?
When ordering goods for delivery outside of Australia, you may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination. Any such additional charges must be borne by you; SurfVisuals has no control over these. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for relevant information regarding these.
What forms of payment are accepted?
SurfVisuals accepts PayPal, American Express, Visa, and MasterCard.
How do I check the status of my order?
You will receive two e-mails: one when your order is received and a second one when it leaves our office with a tracking number included. Unfortunately, we are unable to track some orders shipped outside of Australia.
What is your return/refund policy?
Oh no! We'll do what we can to help. Check out our return policy and send us an e-mail at email@example.com.
Refunds of your order can only be lodged within 30 days of the date of purchase. From that date forward, all transactions are deemed as final.
What should I do if I don’t receive an issue?

How can I get a copy of a sold out issue?
Check our stockist page. Occasionally, copies are returned in the mail and become available.
Will you re-print sold out issues?
Thanks for your interest, but we do not re-print any issues that have sold out. Our magazine is offset printed, so it’s not as simple as making a few more copies.
How often do you publish new issues?
We publish twice a year, once in the autumn and again in the spring.
Is there a digital version of the magazine?
No; as of now, we are not planning on making the magazine available in any electronic format.
How do I stock SurfVisuals in my retail or online shop?
Good question! You can order wholesale packs online via our wholesale packs. Please send us an e-mail once you receive your copies of SurfVisuals we can update our stockists page. Alternatively, please contact us at: email@example.com
